Terms and Conditions for Eros & Essence

Welcome to Eros & Essence, a space dedicated to personal growth, sacred intimacy, and holistic well-being. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, ensuring a respectful, safe, and transparent environment for all clients. By booking or participating in any service offered by Eros & Essence, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions and Services Offered

1.1 Sacred Intimacy: Sacred intimacy sessions are professional and therapeutic services intended to deepen the client’s self-awareness, emotional release, and connection to their authentic self. These sessions incorporate guided touch, mindful intimacy, and emotional support.

1.2 Mindful Intimacy Sessions: These sessions focus on dissolving emotional barriers, inviting eros and intimacy, fostering a safe space for trust-building, consent, and open communication.

1.3 Additional Services: Eros & Essence may offer retreats, workshops, group sessions, and online programs that align with its mission. Any additional services will also be governed by these terms.

2. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Booking Requirements: All clients must be at least 18 years of age to book a session. Sessions must be booked in advance through our website, email, or approved scheduling platform.

2.2 Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

2.3 Cancellation Policy:

• No-Refund Policy: Eros & Essence maintains a strict no-refund policy for all bookings. Once a session is booked and paid for, clients are not eligible for a cash or credit card refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• Credit Towards Future Services: If a client cancels a session more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, they may apply the paid session fee as a credit towards a future session or service. This credit is valid for up to six months from the original booking date.

• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or for no-shows, no credit will be provided, and the full session fee will be forfeited.

• Practitioner-Initiated Cancellations: If Eros & Essence must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose to apply their payment as a credit towards a future session or receive a full refund.

3. Consent, Boundaries, and Safety

3.1 Consent-Based Interaction: All services at Eros & Essence are consent-driven, with clear boundaries established before each session. Consent is re-affirmed throughout each session, and either party may pause or end the session at any time if comfort levels are breached.

3.2 Scope of Touch and Interaction: Touch can therapeutic, sensual or erotic but always consensual, respecting personal boundaries and the integrity of the sacred intimacy framework.

3.3 Privacy and Confidentiality: Eros & Essence respects the privacy of all clients. Personal details and session content are confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law or when there is a serious risk of harm.

3.4 Personal Safety and Responsibility: Eros & Essence is committed to providing a safe, supportive environment. Clients are encouraged to communicate their needs and limits throughout each session and have the right to end the session at any time. By engaging in these sessions, clients assume responsibility for their emotional and physical well-being and acknowledge that the outcomes depend largely on their own participation, openness, and comfort level.

3.5 Session Environment: Sessions are conducted in a safe, private space, free from distractions. Clients are expected to refrain from recording sessions without express written consent from Eros & Essence.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Disclosure of Information: Clients must disclose any relevant mental or physical health conditions prior to their session. This information enables Eros & Essence to provide a safe, appropriate service experience.

4.2 Sobriety Requirement: To ensure a safe and present experience, clients are required to be sober and not under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any mind-altering substances during sessions. Violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of the session without refund.

4.3 Personal Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene as a courtesy to the practitioner and to facilitate a comfortable session environment.

4.4 Respect and Decorum: Clients are to maintain respectful communication and behavior at all times. Any inappropriate or disrespectful actions will lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.

5. Practitioner Responsibilities and Ethical Standards

5.1 Professional Boundaries: Practitioners will maintain professional boundaries at all times, providing a safe and supportive space. Practitioners are trained to respect clients’ boundaries and will work within a strict code of ethics.

5.2 Client Safety: Practitioners reserve the right to terminate or adjust sessions if a client’s behavior poses a risk to their own safety or that of the practitioner.

5.3 Confidentiality: Eros & Essence practitioners maintain strict confidentiality about client information and session content. Exceptions apply only if disclosure is legally mandated or if there is a serious risk to the client or others.

5.4 Continuing Professional Development: Practitioners commit to ongoing training and development to ensure a high standard of care and alignment with best practices in sacred intimacy and holistic well-being.

6. Liability Disclaimer

6.1 Assumption of Risk: By participating in sessions, clients acknowledge that they are voluntarily assuming any risks associated with sacred intimacy practices. Eros & Essence is not liable for any physical, mental, or emotional outcomes arising from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

6.2 Health and Medical Disclaimer: Sacred intimacy is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. Eros & Essence does not diagnose, treat, or offer medical advice. Clients are encouraged to consult healthcare providers before engaging in services, particularly if they have underlying health conditions.

6.3 Limitation of Liability: Eros & Essence’s liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for the session. In no event shall Eros & Essence be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Use

7.1 Content Ownership: All materials provided during sessions, workshops, and on the Eros & Essence website, including text, images, audio, video, and other multimedia, are the intellectual property of Eros & Essence. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content for personal gain without express written permission.

7.2 Session Recordings: No session may be recorded without prior consent from Eros & Essence. Unauthorized recordings violate the privacy and trust integral to sacred intimacy services.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Eros & Essence reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion, particularly if the client’s behavior is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the principles of sacred intimacy.

9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Eros & Essence reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the website or email and will take effect immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.

10.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal mediation before pursuing other legal remedies. If unresolved, both parties consent to binding arbitration.
