In my practice, I create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your sexuality, deepen your connection with yourself, and expand your capacity for intimacy. Together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, using a variety of techniques that may include touch, movement, ritual, and dialogue. The process is unique to you and may involve exploring your body, emotions, and desires in a safe and nurturing environment. Our time together may involve ritual, play, touch, the release of emotions, the joy of pleasure, or a sense of surrender. My goal is to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and connected in your relationships.
The Sacred Intimacy module has 2 levels that build on one another: Level 1 - Mindful Intimacy and Level 2 - Mindful Connection.
