1. Acknowledgment of Services

By purchasing Eros & Essence services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Sacred intimacy and all associated services provided by Eros & Essence are non-medical, and non-therapeutic in nature.

• These Services aim to foster personal growth, self-exploration, emotional well-being, and increased intimacy with oneself and others, but do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological conditions.

2. Voluntary Participation

The Client affirms that:

• Participation in the Services is entirely voluntary.

• The Client has been informed of the nature and scope of the Services and has chosen to participate without any coercion.

• The Client has had an opportunity to ask questions regarding the Services, and all questions have been answered to the Client's satisfaction.

3. Informed Consent and Assumption of Risks

The Client understands and agrees that:

• Physical Contact: Sacred intimacy and related Services may include physical touch, energy work, and other interactive techniques. These activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to emotional discomfort, vulnerability, and physical discomfort.

• Emotional Vulnerability: Sacred intimacy can elicit strong emotions, past memories, or unexpected psychological responses. The Client accepts full responsibility for managing and addressing these responses.

• Boundaries and Safety: Clear boundaries will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. The Client is encouraged to voice any discomfort or need to pause, modify, or stop the session. The Client assumes all risks associated with participation.

4. Medical and Psychological Condition

The Client certifies that:

• The Client is not seeking Services as a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The Client has disclosed any relevant medical or psychological conditions and agrees to notify Eros & Essence if any new conditions arise that may impact their ability to safely participate in the Services.

• The Client is solely responsible for seeking medical or psychological care as needed and will consult with appropriate professionals regarding any potential impacts of participating in the Services on their health.

5. Release and Waiver of Liability

The Client agrees to release, waive, and discharge Eros & Essence, its employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, known or unknown, related to the Services, including but not limited to:

• Physical Injury: Any harm, injury, or illness resulting from physical touch, activities, or techniques used during the Services.

• Emotional and Psychological Distress: Any emotional, psychological, or mental effects resulting from participation in the Services, including but not limited to unexpected reactions or reliving of past experiences.

• Property Loss or Damage: Any loss or damage to personal property occurring during or in connection with the Services.

The Client agrees that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and will remain in effect indefinitely, including in future sessions or events conducted by Eros & Essence.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

The Client understands and agrees that:

• The personal information shared during the Services will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client's written consent, except as required by law or court order.

• Eros & Essence will take reasonable precautions to safeguard the Client's information, but the Client acknowledges that no system is completely secure.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from the Client’s participation in the Services or any breach of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Los Angeles County, California.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Acknowledgment of Understanding

The Client acknowledges that:

• The Client has read and fully understands the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

• The Client signs this Agreement freely and voluntarily and intends it to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Eros & Essence regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements, discussions, or representations.
